Q18 ApartHotel is a fully automated facility with access cards and electronic code locks. Everything is maintenance-free. If you have any questions, we are available on our phone number. The guest books the stay via the Q18 ApartHotel website or directly via the Internet Reservation System.
Online booking
The guest books the stay via the Q18 ApartHotel website or directly via the Internet Reservation System.
Arrival day
After booking, we will receive a 6-digit booking code to the e-mail address provided. On the day of arrival, we enter the 6-digit code received after creating the reservation on the keyboard before entering the facility. Confirm the entered code with #.
Automatic reception
After entering the building, we approach the Automatic Reception Desk (Hotel Kiosk), where we will check-in and pay for the booking via the terminal. After paying for the entire stay, the Hotel Kiosk will issue an access card. If you need more cards, click Generate Another Card.
Apartment
Hold the card close to the reader located on the entrance door to the apartment and enjoy your stay at Q18 ApartHotel.
Elevator
Place the received card against the reader in the elevator and press the button of the floor on which the apartment is located.
First door
Hold the card against the reader by the door and head towards the windy.
End of stay
After your stay, check out and return your cards to the Hotel Kiosk.
