Our stay at Q18 Apartments was a real success. The excellent location means everything is within easy reach, whilst still offering comfort and peace and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the self-check-in process is incredibly smooth – intuitive and hassle-free.
The interiors are tastefully decorated, modern and cosy, making you feel right at home straight away. I definitely recommend it and would love to return next time!

A modern serviced apartment hotel. Rooms with a kitchenette. Located on the sixth and seventh floors of an office block. Lift, air conditioning. Reception is open on weekdays only; outside these hours, a system automatically issues magnetic keycards. Nice view from the window. Clean, comfortable beds.

For me, it’s brilliant in every way. A great location in the city centre, with beautiful, well-equipped rooms. It’s very warm in winter. I also noticed there’s air conditioning, so I’m sure it’ll be lovely to stay there in summer too. Parking is available for an extra charge, but it’s a huge bonus. I highly recommend it.

There’s nothing to complain about. The apartments are modern and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, and even the sofa is comfortable to sleep on. The view from the 6th or 7th floor is brilliant. It’s close to the station, in case anyone wants to travel by train. 🙂

The flat met all our expectations. We wanted something elegant, and we weren’t disappointed. The view from the windows and the location were also fantastic. I highly recommend it 👌

I rarely write reviews about places I’ve stayed at, but this time it’s hard to remain indifferent.
In my opinion, compared to the rest of Poland and Europe, Aparthotel Q18 is undoubtedly exceptional and one of the best in terms of price, comfort and the appearance of the accommodation I’ve stayed in. I’ve had the opportunity to stay in hundreds of places across 37 countries, and very rarely, despite scrolling through page after page on Booking, am I able to find a place with as many advantages as this one.
I was lucky enough to stay in four different apartments at Q18, each named after the capital of a different country, and every time I was impressed by how well-designed and meticulously maintained these apartments are. I also appreciate the details – those little touches that aren’t as obvious as one might think: sockets exactly where you need them, a smart TV with a Netflix account logged in (and a properly functioning OS), occasionally interesting books lying on the coffee table, and well-placed mirrors! Everything looks brand new – very few imperfections or worn-out fixtures. Both the bedrooms and the beds are super comfortable, the kitchens always have everything you need, and the bathrooms are stunningly spacious. The views from the windows, especially at sunset, are truly impressive.
You can tell straight away that these aren’t just another set of flats furnished strictly according to a well-known furniture brand from our northern, Scandinavian friends, but actual places where a lot of heart has gone into them.
I’m sure I’ll be coming back here often; I can’t wait to see what the other flats are like!

A fantastic location, close to the station, with the Old Town within walking distance, and a great view from the window – we could see the beautifully lit carousel from the fair all the time. The flat is spacious and well-equipped. I highly recommend it.
